ignorant people

white people are fucking ignorant. don’t get me wrong i love white people, anyone can tell you that a lot of my best friends are white. but here’s what happened.

i was working tonight and this old man comes in with his younger wife. he’s probably 70 and she’s maybe 40. anyways this guy is funny as shit. i asked him if he knew what he wanted.

me: so do you know what you’d like?
man: are you married?
me: nahhh i’m only 17, way too young for that
man: oh, well you probably don’t understand, but she knows what i want.

and then some little boy comes in and he addresses him and says: “they’re closed, no more ice cream”. he walks away in defeat and the old man starts laughing and says he’s just kidding. so right off the bat i have a good feeling about these guys, and then his dumb wife decided to open her mouth.

me: what are you guys up to tonight?
wife: oh we’re going to some karaoke place in the area, i bet you’d have fun there!
me: oh? why’s that?
wife: oh well they have korean music
me: oh hahaha, i wouldn’t be able to read it i’m chinese
wife: oh, but you learned how to read it at one point in your life right?
me: oh no i just said i’m chinese
wife: oh….so you never learned?
me: ma’am, i am chinese, i speak, read, and write chinese. korean is a whole different culture with their own language
wife: oh! i always thought it was all just korean

^WHAT THE FUCK. ultimate mind fuck. i can’t believe people are that ignorant. the world’s got problems.
